A: Puddled Visions is a 3D printing service that specializes in customizable 3D printed products. 

Q: What kind of products do you offer?
A: Puddled Visions offers a wide range of customizable 3D printed trinkets, stash cases, puzzles, NFC embedded keychains, sculptures, jewelry and merchandising for your company. 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order? 
A: It takes 7-10 business days, on average. The time it takes to receive your order depends on the complexity of the design and/or the size of the order. For commissions, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date after your order is confirmed.

Q: Do you take commissions?
A: Yes. To discuss your needs, book a consultation through the website and it will serve as a down payment toward the final price. The consultation will include a rough digital mock up. Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, products are shipped internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Q: Can I see a preview of my customized product before ordering? 
A: As a policy, previews of customized designs are not offered prior to ordering. The design process begins once payment is received to ensure smooth and efficient production. If you are interested in exploring an idea, consultations are available on the website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our website.

Q: How do I place an customizable case order? 
A: To place a customizable case order,  start by selecting the size you want to customize, and proceed to checkout. At checkout, in the notes section, list what details you would like. For additional time to discuss and conceptualize your ideas, you can book a consultation that will go toward the cost of your final purchase. 

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: At Puddled Visions, I take pride in handcrafting each item with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me to discuss a replacement or alternative solution.
